Prof. Dr. Dr. Felix Ekardt, LL.M., M.A. (*1972) - Jurist, Philosoph und Soziologe - ist nach sechs Jahren als Professor an der Uni Bremen seit Anfang 2009 Gründer und Leiter der Forschungsstelle Nachhaltigkeit und Klimapolitik in Leipzig und Berlin. Ferner seit Anfang 2009 an der Universität Rostock (Juristische und Interdisziplinäre Fakultät) apl. Professor für Öffentliches Recht und Rechtsphilosophie und Mitglied des Leibniz-Wissenschaftscampus Phosphorforschung Rostock. Daneben regelmäßige Gast- und Vertretungsprofessuren. Forschungsschwerpunkte: Recht, Governance, Ethik und Transformationsbedingungen der Nachhaltigkeit. Er initiierte die erfolgreiche Klimaklage vor dem BVerfG und bereitete diese seit 2000 wissenschaftlich vor und vertritt mehrere Folgeprozesse. Ferner u.a. regelmäßiger ZEIT-Gastautor.
