The political, socio-economic and legal developments are becoming more and more complex. In particular it is visible within the fields of environment, agriculture and climate protection, which are in specific areas highly connected to each other. Because of the various interdependencies between these fields, new perspectives, new synopses and new interdisciplinary approaches are necessary. Therefore the law as a constitutive order plays an important role both in the multi-level system, that is the National and European legal system, and in the global context.
The new scientific series will contain monographs as well as edited volumes. It is addressed to academics, economists and politicians, who are interested in fundamental questions, specific problems and current issues of Environmental Law, Agricultural Law and Climate Change Law as the decisive challenges of the 21st century.
