Hosting international researchers

The Chair welcomes researchers from abroad who wish to pursue their own projects in Frankfurt (Oder). Prof. Dr. Erol Pohlreich is glad to act as academic host for applications to the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation, in particular for Humboldt Research Fellowships for postdoctoral and experienced researchers, and to advise on other funding routes. Proposals in comparative criminal law and procedure, prison law and the human rights of prisoners, anti-corruption law (including the corruption of members of parliament) and transitional justice are especially welcome.

If you are considering an application, please send a brief outline of your project (no more than two pages) together with your CV to pohlreich@europa-uni.de. As applications must be agreed with the host in advance and are best submitted several months before the intended selection meeting, early contact is recommended.
