In October and November 2023, Eva Kocher will be staying as Fellow at the Centre for Law at Work (University Bristol).
Guest researcher Goga Kikilashvili published his study „Ways of Labour Dispute Resolution as an Effective Means of Protecting Employees' Rights – a German-Georgian comparative analysis” in July 2023. You can download it here.
On “Verfassungsblog”, C*LLaS has organised a symposium on the proposal for a EU-Directive on improving working conditions in platform work. This symposium explains what is at stake for platform workers, which digital platforms could be covered and what the proposed presumption of employment would bring. Further, the symposium looks into ways of effectively addressing platforms as undertakings in EU labour law in the future, at issues of social security for platform workers, as well as at the future of data protection in the context of algorithmic management. You can find the contributions here.
Eva Kocher has published the book "Digital Work Platforms at the Interface of Labour Law" in March 2022. You find information on the book here.
