Welcome to the International Human Rights Database!

This site is organized and maintained by Prof. Dr. Carmen Thiele at the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder), Germany. The idea is to give a comprehensive collection of links with reference to human rights issues. The project is limited to the member states of the OSCE. Special focus is given to the Central and Eastern European countries.

All entries are updated regularly. A wide variety of sources were utilized in compiling the information presented in the Directory. While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of all the information included, the European University Viadrina cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions.
